We are looking to reinforce our Service Center Central Europe & North Africa
Your responsibilities:
* Handling (issuing, processing and following up) quotation requests from customers and/or sales responsible persons
* Consolidating hardware requests and manual services in close cooperation with Customer Support Organization (CSO) and different Service Product Center (SPC)
*Interface between Service Product Center (SPC) and Service Center (SC) in spare part related matters
* Communcation with customers and/or Sales Managers verbally and in written
* Set up and manage Local Spare Part Stock infrastructure for selected customers
Our expectations:
* Technical and commercial background
* Experience with appropriated qualification in spare part and/or warehousing business
* Good understanding of customer’s needs and mindset, especially in the field of spare part handling
* Service affinity and pro-active behavior
* Ability to multi-task work independently on several parallel projects
* Ability to work in matrix organisation and to lead smaller projects
* Good leadership and communication (verbal and written) skills in English and French or Spanish
* Good skills in office software and ERP (SAP)
* Ability to travel (20%) and co-operate with a team of professionals in different countries
*Creative in problem identification, conceptualization and analytical thingking skills
